Tutto posto ideale per muoversi nella zona, hotel bello e si mangia bene, siamo rimasti molto contenti

Niente tutto perfetto, solo qualche intrattenimento serale in più, ma proprio per trovare qualcosa di negativo da dire

complesso residenziale ottimo bella struttura ben curata su tutti i punti di vista bella picina scoperta e comoda piscina coperta riscaldata con idromassaggi ottimo ristorante prezzi accettabili

Un buon hotel, strutture e pulizia, frequentato anche fuori stagione (ottobre) un tantino decentrato ma in un meraviglioso centro vacanze e campi da golf. Servito da servizi taxi che sostano proprio nelle immediate vicinanze ed attivo fino a tarda ora, anche I servizi pubblici che collegano con I due centri a circa 10 km servono il centro fino a tarda ora. La piscina esterna è ampia e anche con forte presenza non sembra mai affollata mentre il piccolo ristoro in piscina nei momenti di affollamento non riesce a soddisfare le richieste in tempi ragionevoli. Il ristorante è ampio, pulito e ben disposto. Le camere sono spaziose e gli arredi non sono recenti ma risultano sufficientemente curati. Il personale è gentilissimo.

Anche nel periodo di ottobre l'hotel è molto frequentato ma non tutti I servizi risultano curati, piscina coperta, gym e parcheggio esterno

Big and comfortable Hotel with comfort. Nice beach behind the hotel. a good 4 - star quality level.

Difficult to find the hotel if you come with your own car.

Best buffet dinner I've had with many gourmet options! Great massage offered at the hotel spa. Nice indoor pool. Nice balcony with beach view. Great access to beach and beautiful outdoor pool. Quiet with nice amenities and beautiful interior design with many plants from floor to ceiling. Comfortable sitting areas.

Room was plain -- not the luxury I expected at a resort. Typical hard European beds. No free Wi-Fi in rooms, and 10 Euro per day parking.

The food was exellent, the restaurant by the pool very expensive, the layout and pool are beautiful, everything very clean, the entertainment was good some nights. The rooms could have a kettle as you have in other hotels for a late drink, apart from that highly recommended, we will go back again.

First day after travelling a lot the day before at 37 degrees we overslept and went down for breakfast 10 mins late but there were still clients there, I asked if I could have a juice to the head waiter, he didn't like it and I told him the reason why I had been late but the waitresses were very friendly and told me to have breakfast but the he said I had only asked for a juice, so I got up and left without having anything and complained to reception, they told me to tell the Director although I wanted to drop he matter they called her. She asked me in in the middle of the lobby what was the matter and I asked her if we could sit down, first I said it was my fault because I was 10 mins late due to circumstances but it was the way I had been told off in the restaurant and all she said was, " you should not have gone after 10.30" so I just got up and left. I sent a pair of trousers on Friday morning to be washed and ironed and did not get it back just before leaving on Monday, the complex with 3 more hotels has no laundry, also in all hotels 4* and 5* there is a clock on the bedside table, none here.

The services food and general helpfulness of the staff was first rate, any minor problems were dealt with quickly and without fuss! My Wife and I own and run a very hectic industrial cleaning business, along with a Golf holiday company in the Ayamonte eastern algarve region, and wanted to visit Chiclana with a view to expanding our business in that area, as well as hoping to find an opportunity to relax. The hotel was indeed so relaxing we actually did very little by way of business, and will have to make a return visit some time in the near future to properly take in what the area has to offer with regard to business opportunities!

One thing which is common to most european hotel chains which happens to irritate me is the entertainment. I really find people miming to taped music annoying, in particular when a west end show is advertised, and you go along to watch a group of young Men and Women with little or no talent prancing around miming to records! On anouther night a couple turned up to sing and supposedly play live. The man playing keyboards was not actually playing, it was again backing tracks, and he was pretending, badly, to play! I think this habit of miming is insulting the intelligence of the hotels customers!

Swimming pool kept the kids busy for hours and it has a great location near the centre if town. The staff were excellent! and were really friendly! The cleanliness of the hotel was incredible, the swimming pool toilets especially stood out for cleanliness.

Food, accommodation, cleanliness and friendly staff. The food was excellent. It was a perfect weekend relaxing break.

The excellent service by the staff. These two people really stood out and made our visit exceptional. Luisa & Jose at the front desk were very professional and extremely helpful! Continue to train and provide such great service. The beach and pool area was wonderful and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful.

The Bed(s) were auful (cheap !)

Nice chill out weekend, staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpfull, room was spotless, decided to sample buffet meal, as much as you can eat 18 euros, food was of a high standard. Will return. Thankyou

Cannot think if anything negitive, perhaps ceiling above hot tub needs scraping & painting.

Es ist eine super Anlage mit allem Komfort für 1-2 wöchige Badeferien am Ort. Wir waren lediglich auf Durchreise (2 Nächte) inkl. Ausflug nach Jerez. Für uns war die Anlage deshalb "eine Nummer zu gross".

Typisches Grosshotel für Bade- und Sonnenhungrige, jedoch mit gross angelegten Frühstücks- und Abendbuffets (ordentlich gekocht, aber eben Massenabfertigung). Es hat zwar kleinere Restaurants im kleinen Centro Commercial in der Nähe, aber nicht wirklich ansprechend. Sie sind hier also in "fester Hand" des Hotel Komplexes.

Das Personal war supernett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit! Super Matratzen und tollen Aussenanlage mit direktem Strandzugang.

Hotel ist teilweise etwas verkommen Wie zum Beispiel beim Jacuzzi. Die öffentlichen Toiletten waren außer morgens immer recht ekelig!
